We'll get you back in

Getting locked out never happens at a good time. Whether your keys are on the kitchen counter, the lock won't turn, or your keys are gone for good, we come to you anywhere in our East Bay service area, 24 hours a day.

We use professional entry tools to open most doors without damaging the lock or the door. If a lock has to be drilled, we can replace or rekey it on the spot, so you're never left with a door that won't lock.

Home and apartment lockouts

Front doors, back doors, deadbolts, sliding doors, garages and gates. If your keys are lost, we can also rekey your locks while we're there so the lost keys stop working.

Car lockouts

Keys locked in the car, in the trunk, or lost altogether. We open most makes and models without damage, and we can make a new car key on site if yours is gone. We don't currently service German cars (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche) or motorcycles.

Business lockouts

Locked out of your office, store or storage room before opening or after closing? We'll get you in and can rekey or repair the lock if needed.

What happens when you call

1. Call or text (510) 330-1498. Tell us where you are and what you're locked out of.
2. We give you an arrival time and head your way in our marked Emery Bay Locksmith van.
3. We confirm it's your home, car or business. For your safety, we ask for ID or other proof before opening anything.
4. We open the lock, without damage whenever possible, and make sure everything works before we leave.

Lockout pricing

Lockouts start at $75, plus our $25 service call. The final price depends on the type of lock and the situation. We accept cash, credit cards, checks, Venmo and Zelle.

• Stay somewhere safe and well lit, especially at night.
• Don't force a window or pry the door. The damage often costs more than the lockout.
